Sparky is about 5 years old, 68lb. Chow Chow/Shepherd/Retriever mix. Yes, he is quite handsome. and is incredibly lovable, house trained, and healthy, and boy does he love playing fetch. Seriously, he could do that all day! He loves everyone and would do very well in a family environment. He also gets along well with other non-aggressive medium-large size dogs, he does not do well with smaller dogs or cats though. He rarely barks, really LOVES to ride in the car, and go on long walks. Sparky enjoys to be brushed (he is low shed ) and is a pure joy to be with! Sparky's presence is calming and very positive to be around. Everywhere he goes, people seem to be drawn to meeting him. A very special dog!!

URGENT FOREVER HOME NEEDED Susie is an adorable, 3 yr. old, 15 lb., Long Haired Chihuahua/Tibetan Spaniel mix. She is very happy, loves all people and is very affectionate and her best attribute is she is very calm and mellow. She's very smart, gets along with other dogs her size (she is afraid of big dogs). Susie is blind but she knows how to use the doggie door and HER BLINDNESS DOES NOT AFFECT HER AT ALL AND ACTS LIKE ANY OTHER DOG WHO HAS SIGHT. She walks well on leash right by your side and loves to go for walks. She likes to cuddle with you while you're watching TV. Susie is healthy, housetrained, spayed, current on all vaccines and micro-chipped.

Ginger is a beautiful, sweet, small pure bred Cocker Spaniel, around 5-6 yrs old, 18 lbs. She is happy, gentle and very loving. She is very well behaved in the home and behaves very well with all dogs, people and children. Ginger has a lot of good energy and loves to play with other dogs and her toys. She listens well to direction and stays by your side. It looks like she has the beginning stages of cataracts but has no problem finding her way around. IF POSSIBLE SHE WOULD LIKE TO GO TO A HOME WHO ALREADY HAS ANOTHER DOG AROUND HER AGE & SIZE.

Cashmere is a VERY sweet, gentle, playful, very affectionate, 2 year old, 45 lb., American Staffordshire Terrier/Boxer mix. She's great all with people and all other dogs. She is so beautiful and has such loving soulful big brown eyes and her brindle coat is as soft as Cashmere (hence her name). She has been professionally obedience trained, she walks well on the leash and knows how to use the doggie door. Everyone falls in love with her the minute they meet her!!!! Cashmere is a very happy girl AND SHE MUST GO TO A HOME WITH ANOTHER DOG (no cats) WITH A BACKYARD. She is housetrained, healthy, spayed, current on all vaccines and micro-chipped.

Tiny is a 5 month old, 3.5 lb., male ChiWeenie (Long Haired Chihuahua/Dachshund mix). He is a very sweet and very happy playful puppy.
He was dumped at the shelter in February 2010 with a severe case of Demodex (non-contagious mange). Just a few weeks after beginning treatment his skin cleared up and all of his hair grew back. He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle.
He loves to play with other SMALL dogs. Tiny is a very well behaved good little boy.
WE MUST ADOPT HIM TO A HOME WITH ANOTHER YOUNG SMALL DOG WHO ALSO LOVES TO PLAY.
He knows how to use potty pads.

Cindy is an 8 year old American Staffordshire Terrier / Lab mix with the energy of a younger dog. She's about 45 lbs. of pure love, sweetness and spunk. Until she was rescued from the pound, this poor girl obviously had a tough life because her teeth are worn (probably from trying to chew herself off a chain). Since she’s been in boarding and training, she is socialized and loving life! She is the perfect mix of affection and play and loves to be around people and other dogs. All Sweet Cindy needs now is a home to call her own and a single person, couple or family to share her love and sunshine with. She would make a great companion for a senior.

Barron is a super cute 2 year old, 25 lb male Border Terrier. Barron is a very lovable, loyal dog, always wanting to be by your side, and loves affectiont. He is a very friendly, happy dog. He absolutely loves to play with other dogs, and maybe ok with cats if introduced properly. Barron MUST be in a home with another dog to keep him company and to play with, as he does not like to be alone. Preferably he needs to be with an active family who is home a lot and can give him lots of outdoor exercise, as he is an active, and adventurous little dog!! He is house trained, and will even tell you when he needs to get outside. Barron is a funny little guy with a great personality!!

Hello! I am Rosey, the greatest dog ever! Just kidding, but I am pretty cute as you can see. Well, I am intelligent and obedience trained as well. I also have a great sense of humor and love to play ball. I like to take walks in the park and ROLL in the grass! I am also a big couch potato and my chewy bone can keep me busy for hours.
I am a 4 year old, Rhodesian Ridgeback / American Staffordshire Terrier mix, 45-50 lbs., I am crate trained, healthy, spayed, current on all my vaccines, and micro-chipped. I am not allowed to be in a home with cats.

We only foster / adopt our dogs to Southern California residents, to households with children over 10 years old. A foster / adoption application must be filled out PRIOR to meeting any of our dogs.
